Leveraging our extensive experience implementing large-scale programs and providing essential services to the American public, we partnered with the CDC and the White House COVID-19 Taskforce to develop a national program center that delivered current information and services in over 100 languages, a telephony solution to support 500,000 calls an hour, and a network of partners to support ride shares and childcare arrangements.

The decennial Census is a massive undertaking that requires deep trust to gather, secure and transmit the data collection. Maximus supported the U.S. Census Bureau in launching the Census Questionnaire Assistance (CQA) program to collect demographic data from 143 million households. While navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, our team ensured readiness of the processes, people, and systems to deliver next-generation technology and successful CQA program operations.
