Overview and Statement of Work
Attain-SuprTEK, LLC is a Joint Venture (JV) comprised of one privately-owned large business (Attain, LLC) and one privately held, minority-owned small business (Superlative Technologies – SuprTEK), one major subcontractor, and 13 socioeconomic subcontractors, some of which are current CHESS hardware and software vendors. Our expertise spans all ITES-3S PWS service areas and the six complex technologies upon which the Joint Information Environment is dependent, and we “purpose-built” our JV to effectively support this critical mission.
The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services -- also known as “ITES-3S” -- is a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) hybrid (cost, firm-fixed-price, and time-and-materials) contract that serves as the Army’s primary mechanism to acquire commercial IT services.
The ITES-3S contract is managed by the Product Lead, Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), which is part of the Army’s Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) serves as the contracting office. ITES-3S has a ceiling value of up to $12.1 billion over the five-year base period of performance, with four, one-year options.
The overall objective of the ITES-3S contract is to provide industry best practice, best value, non-personal services to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for Information Technology integration and service management activities to the Army, other DoD agencies, and all other Federal agencies including but not limited to, locations CONUS, OCONUS and warzone areas.
