Mr. Laatsch is an experienced human services management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the child support field, initially with the State of Iowa for 6 years and then with MAXIMUS. For the past 10 years, Mr. Laatsch has been responsible for preparing and distributing states’ child support performance and collection data in the MAXIMUS annual state data compilation. He holds master’s degrees in Economics and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Valparaiso University.
