With 20 years of leadership experience in digital services, Mr. Hancock joined MAXIMUS in 2015 as the Head of Digital Solutions. He is responsible for leading all digital strategy and initiatives, including mobile applications, responsive websites, social media deployments and predictive analytics, to support the key objectives for the Company, global business units, as well as add value for government clients. Additionally, Mr. Hancock identified and leveraged cost effective, reusable digital technologies that can be rapidly deployed across business lines and geographies. Prior to joining MAXIMUS, Mr. Hancock served as the Digital Banking Product Executive for Bank of America where he was responsible for Mobile Banking, Digital Sales and Help & Support functions.
