Vice President, Global Proposal Operations
Erin Green (she/her) is Vice President of Global Proposal Operations. In this role, she works closely with all global leads and executive teams to pursue new business opportunities worldwide while driving process improvement and technological innovation.
She has 15 years of experience in international government procurement, marketing, and management across several industries and countries, including deep expertise in the U.S., U.K., Singapore, and Japan.
Erin joined Maximus in 2016 and has served in various proposal management and leadership positions. She is currently serving on the local Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) chapter board and was awarded the “40 Under 40” honor from APMP International in 2019. She is also an Ambassador to the Maximus Foundation and is an active volunteer in the Virginia Medical Reserve Corps.
Before joining Maximus, Erin served as Marketing and Proposals for Integrity Management Services. She was responsible for external communication, including brand and messaging management, technology management, and proposal process implementation and execution. Earlier in her career, she served in the governor of Florida’s Office on Drug Control and Prevention and filled a role with the U.S. State Department in Okinawa, Japan.
Erin attended Florida State University with a focus on International Relations. She is also a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner through Scaled Agile and a Foundation Level Certified Practitioner through APMP.
