Senior Project Manager
Gary Johnson manages the New Hire Reporting Program and Back Office Support project for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Maryland, and the State of Delaware. While providing general information, education, and outreach to employers and employer groups, Gary also guides staff members in confidentiality, security protocols, regulations, and state and federal laws.
Gary launched and managed the Pennsylvania Health and Human Services Call Center for eight years while with Policy Studies Inc. The call center, a precursor to the 211-helpline call center for an information and referral helpline, served multiple human services programs and various human services departments in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Gary served as a manager of customer service for Earthlink, Inc., and a supervisor of customer service for MindSpring Enterprises. He is an AIRS Certified Information and Referral Specialist, and he currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with an emphasis on Secondary Education Social Sciences from Lock Haven University.
