Joanna Kirkpatrick

Director, Benefits and Eligibility Assessment Services

Ms. Kirkpatrick has more than 15 years of health and human services experience, including work in child welfare, child support, benefits eligibility and health care (including mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities waivers). In her current role, she oversees a number of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) / Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) eligibility assessment projects in Maryland, New York and Wisconsin. She is also a skilled project manager. Previous roles include serving as the program manager for our full-service child support office in Charleston, West Virginia, where she managed a team of 55 staff; providing operational and administrative oversight for a project contracted with the State of West Virginia, Department of Health and Human Services; and serving as regional manager for the Bureau for Child Support Enforcement in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Ms. Kirkpatrick brings her exceptional skills in problem-solving and streamlining human services programs to address operational challenges and efficiency issues.
