Mr. Dupelle leads our COVID response team for Maximus Health and Human Services in the United States. He serves as the primary solution architect for Maximus contact tracing, unemployment insurance, and other COVID-19 related programs that we operate for state and local governments. Charged with strategy, business planning, and oversight of future market initiatives for state and local governments, Mr. Dupelle applies more than 15 years of operational expertise and insight into improving the effectiveness of health and human service programs.
Since joining Maximus in 2006, Mr. Dupelle has played a critical role in helping clients redesign their operations to solve complex problems, improve program efficiency, and better serve the needs of individuals and families. Some of his areas of expertise include program eligibility and enrollment (especially regarding Medicaid and state health insurance exchanges), LTSS assessments and appeals, provider screening and enrollment, and workforce and child support program administration.
Mr. Dupelle holds an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and is a returned Peace Corp Volunteer where he was an HIV/AIDS educator in Tanzania from 2002-2004.
