Chief Digital Officer
David Cowles joined MAXIMUS as Chief Digital Officer in July 2018, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in operations management, healthcare and digital technology fields. Mr. Cowles oversees the Company’s current digital initiatives, architecting new digital strategies and solutions driven by our clients’ needs, and infusing new concepts and technologies.
Prior to joining us here at MAXIMUS, Mr. Cowles worked at Accenture as a Global Account Executive and lead Accenture’s advance analytics, ecommerce and data management initiatives for several industry client groups.
Mr. Cowles holds dual B.S. degrees in Operations Management and Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Masters from the Executive MBA Program from Columbia University.
