General Counsel
David Francis has served as Maximus General Counsel since 1998. Mr. Francis joined the Company with more than 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Previously, he was Of Counsel at the law firm Howrey & Simon and Senior Counsel at Teledyne. Mr. Francis oversees the Company's global data privacy risk and compliance team. Mr. Francis received his B.A. in philosophy from Johns Hopkins University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
