Trial Jobs

Pre-screened, job-ready candidates can pursue on-the-job training and work experience with your company for up to six months. A portion of candidates’ wages is subsidized by the program, which can result in considerable savings for your business. Hiring these individuals can result in further savings in the form of tax credits.

Work Experience Placements

We place candidates seeking to gain work experience and develop good work habits with your company for one to six months – at no cost to you. This is a great opportunity to find future employees. Both nonprofit and for-profit organizations are welcome to participate.

Apprenticeships

We build apprenticeship programs that turn career-ready job seekers into your next valued employees. Using curricula we develop with you and a unique progress-proving portfolio, our apprentices are able to learn and clearly demonstrate mastery of new skills that matter to you and the health of your business.

Short-term Certifications and Customized Training

We partner with companies in a variety of sectors to develop short-term certification and customized training programs that prepare individuals for employment in those sectors. Your input helps determine the individuals best suited for training, and upon successful completion you can hire them. We also help you access Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds for specialized training programs.

Job posting and tax credit pre-certification

We offer employers the opportunity to post positions free of charge on our job board, which is viewable to thousands of individuals seeking employment. Potential employees are pre-screened for all available tax credits, enabling them to present employers with a Certification of Tax Credit Pre-screening at the time of application or interview.

On-site recruiting events

To assist you in finding the right candidates without incurring expenses associated with advertising, we hold on-site recruiting events regularly. You can talk about the jobs you have available, meet with candidates, conduct interviews and even make job offers.

Financial incentives

We provide guidance on available business tax credits and wage subsidies, which range from $2,400 to $9,600.

Retention services
