Millennials share their perspectives on engaging with government
Millennials, also known as Gen Y, are people born between 1981 and 1997. They make up the largest generational group in the workforce and they are also on their way to becoming the biggest consumer group. Besides being the future leaders in government, they are becoming an influential force in shaping how we interact with government when we need services or information.
In our continuing series on Citizen Engagement Services, we spoke with a team of talented Millennials from Maximus Federal to get their thoughts on how they reach out to government and how they’d like to see government services evolve in the future.
