What you’ll do each day

 

  • Answer questions
    Support callers by answering questions about healthcare eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and next steps.
  • Guide people through the process
    Use training, scripts, and support tools to help callers understand their options and what to do next.
  • Document interactions
    Look up information, update records, and document each interaction clearly and accurately.
  • Connect people to support
    Help callers access the services, resources, or information they need.
