Benjamin Coss

Senior Managing Director, Western States and Director, Maximus Foundation

Benjamin Coss has more than 25 years of health and human services experience in the public sector. As senior managing director, he is responsible for our portfolio of state and local projects in the western region of the U.S., spanning 15 states. Throughout his career, Benjamin has gained extensive experience in management consulting and the design, development, and implementation of complex systems and operations. 

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of California, Davis, and a Customer Management Practice Certified - Leader (CMPC-L). Benjamin is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society that draws from the top five percent of business school programs worldwide.  In addition, Benjamin serves on the Maximus Foundation Board of Directors.

Benjamin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a STEM-designated Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Davis.
