John McCabe brings over 35 years of experience as senior vice president of business development and sales. He oversees the business development and sales, capture, proposal, and government relations teams as he directs efforts to strengthen our partnerships with state and local governments and improve service delivery to the public.
With an extensive background in sales, operations, technology management, and client relations, John's strategic vision and expertise have consistently driven growth and success across diverse industries, including government and commercial healthcare.
Before joining Maximus, John held several leadership roles at Rackspace Technology, including executive vice president and general manager for the Americas region and chief relationship officer. These roles underlined his commitment to fostering lasting client relationships.
He brings demonstrated experience in the state and local health and human services industry and a successful track record of growing businesses and supporting his clients’ agendas. He previously served as the vice president of corporate development at NTT Data responsible for managing acquisitions, the industry general manager and vice president at DXC Technology North America’s public sector business, and the chief revenue officer and vice president at DXC Technology’s healthcare organization.
John holds a bachelor's degree in marketing communications from Iona University in New Rochelle, New York.
