Julia Willis has more than 15 years of program management and business process outsourcing experience for some of the largest public-facing government programs through Maximus contracts with agencies like Federal Student Aid and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She currently serves as the Managing Director over the Federal Civilian Business Process Solutions segment leading several teams focused on program management and operations. Julia's diverse experience includes developing high-performing teams, overseeing bid and proposal efforts, coordinating start-ups and ramp-downs, leading high-priority initiatives, creating and implementing program-wide incentive programs, leading efforts to improve customer satisfaction, and successfully managing large-scale contractual budgets.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
