Vice President, Civilian Growth

Marty McConchie serves as Vice President supporting civilian federal missions at Maximus, where he works closely with government partners to align capabilities with agency mission objectives. In this role, his work emphasizes practical, outcome‑driven use of technology to increase efficiency, resilience, and trust in government systems. He collaborates with both technical and business stakeholders across the federal civilian enterprise to help design and deliver solutions tailored to operational needs. He brings deep experience in federal contracting and program execution, with a focus on applying advanced capabilities such as high‑performance computing, secure infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and data strategy and governance to improve mission outcomes. In addition to partnering with agencies on solution development, Marty is engaged in documenting program results and performance measures to demonstrate value, accountability, and mission impact across federal contracts.

Before his current position, Marty was the Vice President of Proposal Operations at Maximus, where he managed and developed large, complex proposals. He also oversaw a team of proposal strategists and writers. Marty earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Wake Forest University and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law.
