Marty McConchie

Vice President, Civilian Growth

Marty McConchie serves as the Vice President of Civilian Growth at Maximus, where he plays a pivotal role as a strategic leader. He drives business development and growth initiatives in the federal civilian sector, positioning Maximus competitively in the market. He has extensive expertise in federal contracting, particularly in business development and the implementation of growth strategies. Marty's contributions to Maximus go beyond business development; he is also involved in documenting project outcomes and performance metrics for federal contracts. He is an active member of both the Professional Services Council and ACT-IAC.

Before his current position, Marty was the Vice President of Proposal Operations at Maximus, where he managed and developed large, complex proposals. He also oversaw a team of proposal strategists and writers. Marty earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Wake Forest University and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law.
