With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies, Michael is passionate about leveraging advanced technology to make person-centric public services more accessible, faster, and easier to use.
Since joining Maximus in 2016, Michael has played a pivotal role in launching and growing digital government solutions initiatives and organizations. His leadership has solidified Maximus as a trusted partner for transforming how people interact with government programs through seamless, personalized digital experiences.
Prior to Maximus, Michael held senior leadership roles in the financial services and consulting industries. He drove continuous innovation in digital banking as customer behaviors shifted toward greater digital engagement.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a master’s degree in information and communication sciences from Ball State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed advanced coursework in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
