Jennifer Lazenby

Senior Vice President, Chief Privacy Officer

Jennifer Lazenby is the Senior Vice President of Privacy for Maximus, overseeing the company's global privacy program. Jennifer joined the company in 2000 through an acquisition and later joined the corporate Privacy Office in 2013. She assumed leadership of the Privacy Office in 2022. Jennifer leads the development and execution of a comprehensive privacy strategy integrated across all business lines, regions, and functions globally. The Maximus Privacy Office is responsible for developing the policies and training needed to equip workforce members and other stakeholders to handle personal information appropriately and responsibly throughout the information lifecycle.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Buffalo School of Law. Jennifer holds multiple privacy certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)/US and CIPP/Europe, and Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT). She is designated as a Fellow in Privacy (FIP) and is recognized by the IAPP as a Privacy Law Specialist, an ABA-accredited specialty.
