During the height of the pandemic, Maximus collaborated with HHS to develop a secure file transfer system, delivering COVID-19 results in record time. In just six days, we integrated RPA and Salesforce Service Cloud, enabling 400 agents to handle 10,000 calls daily and deliver results within 4 to 12 hours.
