Employee resource groups can help combat ignorance and hate within the corporate environment, and in turn, this education can help when we serve others.

Why did you join the ERG?

Women's issues and contributions are many times overlooked in patriarchal societies and need to be made more visible.

What’s the most exciting experience you have had as a member of the ERG?

I’ve enjoyed hearing stories from others who can relate to my own experiences and seeing women and the Women of Excellence succeed.

What’s the biggest impact you think the ERG can have on Maximus and/or the community?

The ERG provides a platform to show that women and the Women of Excellence ERG want the same things out of life and are as capable as others of achieving what we desire/deserve in life.
