Maximus Careers Center Terms of Service

Welcome to the Maximus Careers Center (the “Careers Center”). In this area of our website (the “Site”), Site users, such as yourself, can learn more about and pursue available opportunities within Maximus. We are excited that you’re ready to do something greater, and we can help you do so here! Before continuing, however, you must read the below carefully.

This page (called the “Terms of Service”) contains important terms and disclaimers that Site users visiting the Careers Center must understand and follow. These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you, as a user of the recruitment features and capabilities offered via the Careers Center (the “Services”), and Maximus.

Both these Terms of Service and the version of Maximus’ Terms of Use applicable to you as determined by your jurisdiction of residence (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to the Careers Center Services. Please click on your jurisdiction of residence below to access the Terms of Use applicable to you:

Together, the Terms define our relationship to you as a user of both the Site and the Services. If any provision of the Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

By clicking “Accept” and/or using the Careers Center or its features, you agree to be bound by the collective Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority, as determined by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, in order to accept these Terms. If these Terms of Service conflict with the version of Maximus’ Terms of Use applicable to you as determined by your jurisdiction of residence, these Terms of Service will control. You must not access or use this area of the Site if you do not agree with or accept these Terms.
