Maximus designed and implemented a cloud-based omni-channel digital and live engagement solution to meet high demand inquiries for CDC during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using AWS and our automated Service Provisioning Framework (SPF), Maximus scaled the solution to nearly 20,000 remote call center CSRs within 6 weeks.
