Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are essential to our inclusive and innovative company culture. These voluntary, employee-led groups are pivotal in cultivating a workplace that emphasizes synergy. ERGs serve as catalysts for fostering a sense of community and belonging for employees. By empowering their members, ERGs provide a collective voice that amplifies employee perspectives and solutions to the company’s leadership. Employees can be of any identity or background to participate in any of our ERGs
Beyond advocating for improvements across the company, ERGs prioritize their members' experiences and growth by offering support, learning opportunities, career development, and safe spaces where members can bring their whole selves to the table. ERGs are vital platforms that support diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping create a more engaged, fulfilled, and productive workforce.
AANHPI
The Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) ERG focuses on employee development, addressing cultural biases, empowering members, being customer service-oriented, and promoting inclusivity.
Black Alliance
The Black Alliance ERG bridges the gap from exclusivity to inclusivity for the Black/African Diaspora. It inspires and equips employees and prospective employees with resources to achieve their career goals, increase their professional networks, defeat barriers, create awareness of intersectionality, and more.

¡MÁXIMO!, the Hispanic/Latinx ERG, is a network of employees that promotes cultural diversity and professional development of its members and creates a supportive environment for the Hispanic/Latinx community.
PRISM
The PRISM ERG seeks to create an open and safe space for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and allies to communicate and join in developing a more inclusive culture of acceptance and respect for our 2SLGBTQIA+ community at Maximus and beyond.
VETS
The VETS ERG is driven to strengthen the Veterans, Veterans communities, and allies within Maximus to improve the lives of those they serve. VETS accomplishes this by listening, networking, mentioning, and fostering communications across all business lines to promote connections, service, and awareness of this unique and talented workforce.
Women of Excellence
The Women of Excellence (WE) ERG supports gender equity in the workplace. It provides a safe space for women and allies to create meaningful connections, develop their professional skills, and encourage others to thrive. While it focuses on women, WE is open to employees of all gender identities.
