Campus and Early Career Recruiting

Our Campus and Early Career Recruiting Team sources applicants with the in-demand skills to meet entry-level workforce needs of our internal stakeholders. We develop robust and inclusive candidate pathways by cultivating and maintaining relationships with higher education institutions and other organizations to attract high-potential talent.

We are currently accepting applications for Summer 2023 internships. These paid internships run from May 30 to August 4 and will be remote using provided computer equipment, hybrid, or in-person at one of our office locations. Positions are open to all majors and to students with strong competencies in business and technical vision; disciplined strategic thinking; strong communications skills; analytical presentation and problem-solving skills; the ability to gain internal support; and the ability to establish and maintain a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers.

Examples of Internships

Operations Analyst Intern

Perform independent gap analysis between current solution sets and anticipated requirements, identify business process enhancements, determine the applicability of new technologies and operational approaches, design and execute formal operations work plans, perform cost/benefit analysis on operations scenarios, and identify key factors that determine success for the project.

Business Development Intern

Support business development professionals performing operations research and analysis including market analysis, identification of technology trends, development of competitive assessments, and detailed research into customer mission and strategy.

Learning and Development Intern

Develop and implement Corporate Learning & Development programs and materials to ensure business requirements are met, in alignment with defined corporate goals while ensuring staff are provided with relevant information for program related updates, processes, and procedures.
