Byron French has over 20 years of program management and call center experience supporting state government programs. He is the managing director of our Texas Enrollment Broker (EB) and Texas Health Steps Outreach and Informing contracts, which provide outreach and education services and facilitate the enrollment of eligible individuals into Medicaid and CHIP managed care plans.
At Maximus, Byron has gained experience as a business analyst, project manager, and operations manager. He currently leads our community of practice for enrollment broker projects, facilitating collaboration among project leadership representing contracts across many states.
Byron is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has also served as a member of the Maximus Foundation Board of Directors since 2020.
He holds a bachelor's degree in international business from Trinity University and a Master of Public Affairs degree from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
