Dennis is the Vice President for Business Development, Defense at Maximus, bringing a depth of experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence community (IC) to this role. Dennis served for 5 years in the United States Marine Corps, deploying twice to Iraq in support of both conventional and special operations missions. After separating from the Marines, he served as a contractor in the DoD and IC, again deploying overseas and working some of the most challenging and sensitive national security problem sets both CONUS and OCONUS. He has experience managing small and large teams of high-performing individuals, overseeing sensitive operations, and delivering AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to customers at scale.
Dennis brings to Maximus a unique combination of operational experience and business acumen. He is relentlessly focused on warfighter support, building customer relationships, and growing Maximus’ footprint across the DoD.
Dennis holds an AA in Arabic Studies from the Defense Language Institute, a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Illinois, an MA in Security Policy from The George Washington University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
