Donna Migoni brings over 35 years of experience driving solutions, product vision, service capabilities, and successful delivery in support of state-administered health and human services programs. Currently leading our Medicaid Enterprise Services (MES) business, Donna is responsible for services and solutions that optimize service delivery, enhance member and provider experiences, and deliver program insights.
Before joining Maximus, she held executive roles in business and technology, including EDS, Accenture, and Conduent, where she ran its Government Health and Eligibility line of business.
Donna's commitment to her work is deeply rooted in her passion for serving vulnerable populations. Notably, her impactful experience leading operations for Louisiana and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Katrina underscores her devotion to making a positive difference in the lives of those in need.
Donna holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master’s degree in nutritional science from the University of Texas. She is passionate about Medicaid’s mission and the transformative power of integrating service delivery excellence, technology, and clinical science to advance public and individual health and wellness.
