Donna Settle serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Defense at Maximus. She spearheads growth initiatives within the U.S. Air Force and Space Force. In this role, Donna is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand Maximus’ presence in the defense market. She identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, and plans for Maximus to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of defense clients.
Donna brings an extensive background in cybersecurity, cloud, systems/software solutions, and data analytics services within the defense and intelligence community throughout her career. Prior to joining Maximus, she was the Vice President of Business Development at Global InfoTek, where she led strategic efforts in national security and cyber solutions for the Air Force. Prior to that, she also held Vice President roles in National Security Solutions at Salient CRGT and Advanced Technology Systems. Donna spent over 20 years leading and developing large teams to support International Security programs at the Department of Defense, State, Commerce, Energy, Treasury, and DHS.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Strayer University and a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University. She also completed the CIO program at the National Defense University.
