Jeffrey F. London currently serves as Senior Managing Director for Federal Technology Services at Maximus. In this role, he drives strategic growth and operational excellence, delivering innovative, secure, and compliant solutions to meet the evolving needs of federal agencies. Jeff oversees a team of industry leaders and technology professionals, cultivates key partnerships across government and industry, and ensures the portfolio alignment with business goals and federal regulations.
Prior to his current role, Jeff spent over 20 years in public service with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). As a member of the federal Senior Executive Service, he served as Executive Director of the Medical Disability Examination Office, overseeing VA’s global disability exam program supporting veterans’ claims for service-connected benefits, and previously led the Loan Guaranty Service, managing national programs that helped Veterans access and retain homeownership. His leadership was instrumental in modernizing delivery systems and enhancing services for millions of Veterans and their families. In recognition of his executive leadership, Jeff is a 2023 recipient of the Presidential Rank Award for Distinguished Executive.
Earlier in his career, Jeff worked in the private sector as a District Manager for ConocoPhillips, where he managed corporate retail operations across Pennsylvania and Delaware. This foundation in operational management and customer experience shaped his leadership approach and business acumen.
Jeff holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin & Marshall College. He is also a Presidential Management Fellow alumnus and a member of the American Society for Public Administration.
