Jennifer Ferreira

Vice President, National Security Services

Jennifer Ferreira serves as Vice President, National Security at Maximus. She was recently recognized as one of the top national security executives to watch by Washington Executive.

Currently, as a Vice President at Maximus, she excels in driving business growth and providing strategic leadership throughout the business lifecycle—from opportunity identification and qualification to shaping, planning, and developing winning strategies. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors at the Border Patrol Foundation (BPF).

Jennifer has dedicated her career to advancing national security and supporting federal law enforcement. With a deep commitment to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission, she has amassed extensive experience leading contract teams across various DHS components, including ICE, CBP, I&A, FEMA, TSA, and CISA. She has held senior management roles at prominent consulting and government contracting firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and GDIT.

Her career highlights include co-creating the first Open-Source Investigative team within ICE HSI, leading contractor support for the ICE Counterterrorism Criminal Exploitation Unit (CTCEU) during the Boston Marathon bombing investigation and spearheading large capture and proposal efforts to secure multi-million-dollar contracts across DHS.

Outside of her professional achievements, Jennifer is passionate about volunteering and fundraising for organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, St. Jude, Food for Families, and the USO. She is a Boston College graduate, enjoys hiking and tennis, and lives in Virginia, with her family.
