Jennifer Haas brings 25 years of experience supporting state government programs in health and human services. As senior managing director, she is responsible for leading our portfolio of state and local projects in the central region of the U.S., encompassing 11 states.
She has extensive experience in enrollment broker services, eligibility services, contact tracing, and provider services in many states across the country. She’s led operations supporting the administration of state health insurance programs, including our Indiana Eligibility, Indiana Enrollment Broker, Ohio Centralized Provider Credentialing, Texas Eligibility Support Services, and Texas Enrollment Broker contracts. Jennifer previously led a project management office that brought together finance, staff modeling, workforce management, facilities, and contracts management professionals to support several of our contracts in Texas.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Jennifer is skilled at navigating projects with quick implementation turnarounds and collaborating with executive management to establish strategic plans and timelines to meet performance requirements.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
