Jennifer Hummel

Jennifer joined the Maximus Federal Health team in November 2024. She arrived at Maximus by way of the Defense Health Agency (DHA). While at DHA, she was a Senior IT Project Manager and Knowledge Management Lead. Jennifer also led Knowledge Management teams at USAA and Southwest Airlines. Additionally, she was a Combat Medic and Behavioral Health Training Specialist with the Army Medical Center of Excellence after spending over 20 years as a civilian Paramedic and Flight Medic.
 
Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a dual Bachelor of Science in Administration/Management and Psychology from Excelsior University. She is also a Master Project Manager (AAPM), Project Management Professional (PMI), Certified Knowledge Manager (KMI), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library certified.
 
Jennifer's goal is to create and implement optimal solutions, using her experience as a military family member, a healthcare provider, and a Knowledge Manager, to provide the highest-quality health services to our Service Members, their families, and Veterans.
 
In her free time, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family and dogs, show/race cars, try new food, hike, practice and train others in marksmanship, and relax on the beach.
