Before joining Maximus, Joe held several executive positions. At Attain, LLC, he served as the leader of the firm's defense practice. In addition, he worked at IBM Global Business Services, where he was the leader of the cognitive and analytics practice and the Army cognitive and analytics account leader. He also held various executive positions in delivery as an account executive. Earlier in his career, Joe served as vice president at BlueWater Federal Services.
