With over 25 years of senior leadership experience, primarily in the public sector, Kelley has held key roles in growth, general management, and finance. She has a proven track record of driving new and organic growth, as well as dynamic change, for teams, customers, and large organizations. Kelley has led significant new-business capture efforts in the federal market, successfully supporting capture and proposal efforts totaling more than $67 billion.

Her operational and management roles have included work with the Department of Defense, TRICARE Overseas Program, Military Health System Global Nurse Advice Line, VA Disability Exam Management Program, VA Community Care Network, Veterans Experience Office, SSA, HRSA, and many others.

Kelley's experience spans industries such as engineering, telecommunications, and health, with companies like Halliburton, Intelsat, and UnitedHealth Group. She currently leads growth and solutions for Maximus' joint venture, TMAX, and spearheads efforts in the Military Health market. Kelley is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University.
