Ken Fisher brings over 30 years of experience in Medicaid business process outsourcing operations and technical leadership. As senior managing director, he currently oversees our portfolio of state and local projects in nine states in the southern region of the U.S.
At Maximus, Ken has led operations supporting the administration of state health insurance programs, including MassHealth, New Hampshire Care Management, the Maine State-based Marketplace, Florida KidCare, and pandemic-related support in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Previously, he led operational teams in pharmaceutical assistance program contact centers, and technical operations in Electronic Data Interchange gateways and Medicaid Management Information Systems.
Drawing on his experience facilitating leadership workshops earlier in his career, Ken supports the development of his Maximus colleagues by serving as a mentor in the MentorU program and an executive sponsor for an executive development program. He is also a member of the Maximus Foundation Board of Directors.
Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
