Larry Reagan

Executive Managing Director, Federal Civilian Market

With over 30 years of government and industry experience, Larry Reagan currently serves as an Executive Managing Director overseeing the Federal Civilian market at Maximus. 
 
Larry began his career with the United States Air Force as an engineer in the Los Angeles-based Satellite Program office, where he became a Certified Acquisition Professional. He concluded his Air Force service as a member of the staff of the Secretary of the Air Force, completing missions at several classified locations. During his Air Force career, he received several commendations including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal.

He played a key role in Strategic Planning at Missing Link Security and led the development and execution of a strategy for bringing cyber security solutions to Federal, State/Local, and Military agencies. Additionally, Larry served as Vice President for PRICE Systems. Larry and his team supported several DOD and Civilian agencies, along with numerous government contractors. At PRICE, his team partnered with the government to produce two national-level award winners and was active in establishing standards for cost estimating and cost control in the government through their support of various partnerships. The most significant of these partnerships led to the development of the Government Accountability Office Cost Assessment Guide, which became a standard across agencies.

Larry held previous positions with Information Builders and Dynamics Research Corporation and holds a BS, Engineering and a MS, Contracts Management. He is a graduate and active member of the prestigious ACT-IAC Fellows program. He has been a leader in the PSC Annual Vision Analysis for over 20 years.

During his spare time, Larry collaborates with a team to assist the homeless on the streets of Washington D.C. with the intent to eliminate human trafficking. He lives in southern Maryland where he enjoys being outdoors and hiking along the Chesapeake Bay with his wife and adult children.
