Nancy Kim brings nearly 40 years of experience helping businesses access tax credits and diverse talent pools. As the head of our Tax Credits and Employer Services business, she manages the support of over 300 commercial tax credit clients and oversees the employment component of several government child support contracts.
Under Nancy’s leadership, our tax credit team works with businesses to maximize their tax credit potential. Incentives, such as the federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), encourage hiring workers from populations including veterans, individuals with disabilities, and longer-term recipients of specific public assistance programs.
Within our human services operations, the disability benefits and eligibility advocacy services team under Nancy helps agencies ensure social security (SSI and SSDI) applications for children and adults in their caseloads have all the required information, avoiding unnecessary delays in disability benefits.
Nancy started her professional career at tax credit consultancy APG. She joined Maximus as part of our 2002 acquisition of APG and has since grown our tax credit footprint and positioned Maximus as a trusted provider of services for commercial and government clients nationwide.
