Robin LaFrance serves as the executive managing director for the eastern region of our U.S. Services Segment, overseeing a diverse portfolio of programs with approximately 10,000 employees.
With nearly 20 years of experience in program administration and health services management, she is known for her ability to build and transform teams, manage complex initiatives, and deliver performance excellence.
Since joining Maximus in 2000, Robin has played a pivotal role in key moments of healthcare reform, including the launch of state-based health insurance exchanges and Medicaid expansion under the Affordable Care Act, driving innovative solutions that improve access and outcomes for millions of Americans.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in psychology from East Carolina University.
