Tina Holman has more than 20 years of experience leading business operations, specifically in quality, training, and project management. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing and strengthening business processes, building effective quality and training programs, reversing distressed operations, and leading high-impact initiatives that improve organizational performance and drive sustainable results.
Tina joined Maximus in 2018 and has supported large, complex government programs, including work supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), while also contributing her operational and quality expertise to strategic bidding proposal efforts. Tina is also a member of the Global Impact and Belonging (GIB) council and is an executive sponsor for an employee resource group (ERG)
Tina has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS), is a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), and holds her CPA from American Business College. She brings a strong commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing solutions that strengthen both organizational performance and customer experience.
