Tony De Falco is a former U.S. Air Force Major and combat Veteran who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has over 18 years of leadership experience at Veterans Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Company.
Tony has spent more than 13 years overseeing VES’ international operations, which began as a pilot program with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Germany and Japan. Today, these operations extend to over forty countries and five U.S. territories. He was also VES’ first Veteran Liaison Officer, demonstrating the understanding and empathy that comes from being a fellow Veteran. Under Tony’s leadership, the Veteran Liaison Officer team has successfully expanded, reflecting VES’ commitment to providing the highest-quality services to Veterans and their families.
Before joining VES, Tony served as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he was a rated Air Battle Manager, accumulating over 2,200 flight hours on the E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft. His roles included Air Weapons Officer, Instructor AWO, and Senior Director. Tony served on NATO AWACS at Geilenkirchen Air Base, located on the German-Dutch border, where he was the executive officer for the senior U.S. representative at the NATO AWACS Training Squadron.
