Joseph (Joe) Kehoe is a Managing Director within the Maximus | Attain division and is responsible for the Department of Defense (DoD) practice.
A seasoned executive, Joe brings a demonstrated history of advancing his clients through their digital transformation journey while driving corporate growth. Throughout his 20+ year career in government consulting services, Joe has emerged as a triple threat having earned recognition for client engagement, people management, and sales leadership. He cultivates long-term and value-based relationships with government and industry partners alike and leverages experience in leading large, complex DoD programs, industry delivery practices, and DoD client account teams to drive client-centric solutions and achieve mission objectives. His innovative and visionary leadership style, coupled with deep industry expertise, translate into unparalleled success for clients.
Prior to joining Attain, Joe held multiple leadership positions within IBM Global Business Services, including as a DoD cognitive and analytics practice leader, Army cognitive and analytics account leader, DoD client solutions executive, and Defense Agency program executive. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president at BlueWater Federal Services.
Joe earned his bachelor's degree at Randolph-Macon College. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Business Strategy, and Data Scientist Certifications.
