He cultivates long-term and valued-based relationships with government and industry partners alike, and leverages experience in leading large, complex Department of Defense (DoD) defense programs, industry delivery practices, and DoD client account teams, in order to drive client-centric solutions and achieve mission objectives. Prior to joining Maximus, Joe held multiple executive positions including at Attain, LLC as a Managing Director of the firm’s DoD practice, at IBM Global Business Services, having served as the DoD cognitive and analytics practice leader, Army cognitive and analytics account leader, and in various delivery and sales executive roles. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president at BlueWater Federal Services
