Larry Reagan

Vice President, Finance

Larry Reagan has over 30 years of government and industry experience and currently serves as a Vice President of Business Development overseeing the Finance portfolio. 
 
Previously in his career, Larry provided Strategic Planning at Missing Link Security. He led the development and execution of a strategy for bringing cyber security solutions to Federal, State/Local, and Military agencies. Additionally, Larry served as Vice President for PRICE Systems. Larry and his team supported several DOD and Civilian agencies, along with numerous government contractors. 

At PRICE, Larry's team partnered with the government to produce two national-level award winners and was active in establishing standards for cost estimating and cost control in the government through their support of various partnerships. The most significant of these partnerships led to the development of the Government Accountability Office Cost Assessment Guide, now a standard across agencies. Larry held previous positions with Information Builders and Dynamics Research Corporation.
 
Larry began his career with the United States Air Force as an engineer in the Los Angeles-based Satellite Program office, where he became a Certified Acquisition Professional. He concluded his Air Force service as a member of the staff of the Secretary of the Air Force, completing missions at several classified locations. During his Air Force career, Larry received several commendations including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal.

Larry holds a BS, Engineering and a MS, Contracts Management. He is a graduate and active member of the prestigious ACT-IAC Fellows program. He has been a leader in the PSC Annual Vision Analysis for over 20 years.

In his spare time, Larry works with a team to assist the homeless on the streets of DC with the intent to eliminate human trafficking. He lives in southern Maryland where he enjoys being outdoors and hiking along the Chesapeake Bay with his wife and adult children.
