Christopher Dabek is the senior managing director of Federal Operations Support Services (FOSS), a shared services organization that provides program management support throughout the program lifecycle. Christopher is responsible for ensuring that FOSS delivers transformative processes and approaches to support programs in meeting contract goals and objectives and providing federal agency clients with quality products and services that move people, technology, and government forward.
Christopher joined us through the Maximus Management Development Program in 2008 and has held several operational leadership and delivery roles. He most recently led the Standardized Operations and Analytics organization, which delivered operational, analytical, project management, and other support services, primarily to state clients.
Before joining Maximus, he was a senior consultant at Touchstone Consulting, where he provided strategy development and implementation consulting services to federal government agencies.
Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in leadership studies from the University of Richmond and a Master in Public Administration degree from New York University.
