Christopher Dabek is the senior vice president of the Standardized Operations and Analytics group (SOA), a shared services organization that delivers operational, analytical, project management, and other support services to all operating segments. Christopher is responsible for enabling our global delivery and growth by providing core shared services in operations, analytics, and project management, maturing our analytical capabilities, and continuously assessing and improving supported services.
Christopher joined us in 2008 through the Maximus Management Development Program and has held several operational leadership and delivery roles. In 2014, he helped lead the creation of the SOA shared services organization. Before that, he implemented and led large-scale contracts for state clients.
Before coming to Maximus, he was a senior consultant at Touchstone Consulting, providing strategy development and implementation consulting services to federal government agencies.
Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in leadership studies from the University of Richmond and a Master in Public Administration degree from New York University.
