Jericho Seguin is responsible for corporate development, strategic planning, venture capital, and Internal Research and Development activities. These include leading strategic initiatives, identifying and evaluating new growth strategies and adjacent markets, and identifying, negotiating, and closing all acquisitions, divestitures, venture investments, and strategic alliances across all Maximus segments and geographic markets. In addition, Jericho oversees strategic investments in emerging technologies critical to Maximus’ future, including venture partnerships and R&D initiatives focused on Artificial Intelligence and automation, in close collaboration with technology leadership. Finally, Jericho supports the capital market activities of the Company.
Prior to joining Maximus, Jericho was an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank and a consultant at Wipro Technologies and American Management Systems.
Jericho received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
