Jericho Seguin is Chief Corporate Development Officer at Maximus, responsible for leading strategic initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, venture investments, and internal R&D activities across all business segments and geographic markets.
In addition to corporate development activities, Jericho oversees Maximus’ strategic investments in emerging technologies — including venture partnerships and R&D initiatives focused on artificial intelligence and automation — in close collaboration with technology leadership. He also supports the company’s capital market activities.
Prior to joining Maximus, Jericho was an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank and a consultant at Wipro Technologies and American Management Systems.
Jericho holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
