Julia Bailey is the Senior Vice President of Global Ethics and Compliance at Maximus, with global responsibility for the ongoing advancement of ethics and compliance throughout the company. She oversees the company’s investigations, policy governance, development and delivery of training, and other critical initiatives to drive ethical culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

Julia brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal and compliance fields to Maximus. She has held key legal and compliance leadership positions at industry-leading corporations such as Honeywell, BAE Systems, and Northrop Grumman. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Herbalife International, a publicly traded nutrition company that provides health and wellness products to consumers in over 90 countries. As with her previous corporations, in her role with Herbalife, she managed all aspects of its global ethics and compliance program.

Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
