Julia Bailey is the senior vice president of Global Ethics and Compliance at Maximus. With global responsibility for advancing ethics and compliance throughout the company, she oversees investigations, policy governance, training development and delivery, and other critical initiatives to drive an ethical culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
Julia brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal and compliance fields to Maximus. She has held key legal and compliance leadership positions at industry-leading corporations such as Honeywell, Herbalife, BAE Systems, and Northrop Grumman. In her leadership roles, she oversaw the development and implementation of comprehensive ethics and compliance programs to adhere to legal and regulatory standards across domestic and international business operations. She also led numerous initiatives to enhance corporate governance, mitigate risks, and promote transparency. Throughout her career, Julia has been instrumental in fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
