2023 Racial Equity Audit

In response to a shareholder proposal at our 2022 annual meeting, we engaged WilmerHale to conduct a racial equity audit. With strong shareholder support, this initiative gave us an important opportunity to assess our impact on communities of color and identify meaningful ways to advance racial equity within our company and the communities we serve.
