In an effort to enhance the customer experience, the state partnered with Maximus to transform the Healthy Louisiana website into a powerful digital tool that helps members compare plans, find providers, and enroll in coverage that fits their needs quickly, securely, and in their preferred language.
Website modernizes the customer experience
Members can easily compare health or dental plans side by side to see the differences in benefits, such as child wellness visits, over-the-counter medication coverage, and prenatal services. Once they’re ready, they can enroll securely online and review their Medicaid enrollment details through a personalized dashboard.
The website also makes it simple to find medical, dental, or behavioral health providers by filtering options by location, specialty, language, or gender — helping members connect with the care that meets their needs.
