Braiding is not just for hair: collaborating with sister programs to fund whole-family services

Serving the whole family has many immediate and residual benefits. Aligning different programs' visions, systems, data, and people is hard work, but how do we fund collaborative and integrated services?

As child support agencies prepare to implement whole family services, we shared a top-down view of how funding from the federal Social Security Act works, then discussed IV-D program funding flexibility, other potential funding sources, and where to begin when braiding funding with a sister agency.
