Program modernization

Our job is to help agencies turn your vision into best-practice reality through:

  • Business process assessment and redesign: Review organization and business processes to map current processes, identify gaps and areas for improvement; make strategy recommendations; and implement and evaluate strategies.
  • Policy and procedures review and development: Review current policies and procedures against national standards, best practices, and Child and Family Services Review federal outcomes; develop or redesign policy and procedures  for alignment.
